About the role

At BioSked, we don’t sell software. We free hospitals from organizational chaos.

For over 15 years, BioSked has been the trusted partner of 1,000+ healthcare sites in 9 countries, helping hospitals and clinics optimize their workforce through Momentum, our AI-powered intelligent scheduling platform (SaaS).

Momentum automates the creation of fair, compliant, and efficient schedules—eliminating Excel and saving hospitals thousands of hours every year.

We're a small, high-impact team. No layers of bureaucracy. Your work ships and makes a difference. To accelerate our roadmap, we’re looking to expand the R&D team.

The Role

We're looking for a full-stack engineer who can own features end-to-end. Someone who obsesses over user experience, ships fast, and isn't afraid to jump into the backend when needed.

You'll work directly with the R&D Team to build and refine our mobile, web, and AI applications. You'll talk to customers and the team, shape the roadmap, and see your work in production. This isn't a "ticket factory" role. We want high agency product engineers — people who care about why we're building something, not just how – then get things done, using agentic software development workflows.

What You'll Do

Build & ship features — from concept to production, across the full stack

Own the frontend experience — create intuitive, performant interfaces that users love

Collaborate with product & customers — understand needs, propose solutions, iterate

Use AI to move faster — we expect you to leverage the latest agentic dev tools and processes to ship smarter, faster, and safer.

Contribute to architecture decisions — your input matters

Support & mentor — help teammates and occasionally assist with technical customer queries
