About the Team
DoorDash is seeking a talented Engineering Manager to lead our Dasher Safety and Insurance team. The Dasher Insurance team at DoorDash is dedicated to enhancing safety for Dashers on the DoorDash platform and contributing to the overall safety of our cities. As a full-stack team, its impact extends across the entire surface area of the Dasher mobile apps. The team is responsible for: delivering delightful mobile experiences that make Dashing easier and more seamless for the Dashers; developing Real-time tools that observe and respond to real-world delivery scenarios; building intelligent models and data pipelines to analyze and mitigate real-world risks.
About the Role
As the manager for the Dasher Insurance team, you will manage a team of backend, web and mobile engineers and be responsible for driving the technical strategy, vision and execution of the team charter.
