NPI Production Planner (5100-1009)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Planning of supply chain activities for FPGA device and board products from bring-up to risk production and volume production ramp to meet customer requirements and revenue goals; track all manufacturing aspects to meet on time delivery and inventory targets.
• External and internal customer demand planning and supplier forecasting.
• Shipping and receiving to and from domestic and international customers and vendors, interfacing directly with freight forwarders.
• Trade compliance, restricted party screening and end use verification. working with export and import licenses and customs and export documentation.
• Handling purchase orders, RMA’s, ERP transactions (Microsoft Great Plains) and supplier RFQs, reconciling and approving invoices.
• New supplier evaluation and setup and ongoing supplier management.
• Reporting including revenue shipments, standard cost, WIP / Inventory, royalties and others.
• Help drive continuous process improvements and documenting ISO9000-compliant processes to enable ISO certification.
• Drive continuous cost reduction plans with supply chain to meet cost targets.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years planning experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience handling transactions in an ERP system; experience with Microsoft GP a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Great Plains, Confluence, Zendesk and Jira.
• Experience with export compliance and logistics.

Education: 

•  College degree preferred.
