Description
Inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility work is important. Consequently, there should be little to no barriers that keep staff from sustaining and improving current IDEA work. Similarly, there should be no barriers for staff who want to begin integrating IDEA work into their day to day work.
The Reckoning Initiative will provide additional resources that reward and incentivize IDEA work throughout the Libraries.
Awards can cover staff to cover training, student worker wages, supplies, tools, infrastructure, or other things necessary to advance social justice and IDEA work.

Proposals must include:
- Short summary (300-500 words) of a clearly defined project. What will this project include?
- A brief (about 250-400 words) statement of how the project advances IDEA goals in the Libraries.
- Project team. Please identify the roles and department.
