SUMMARYThe agency protects the retirement income of more than 33 million American workers in private sector defined benefit pension plans. A defined benefit plan provides a specified monthly benefit at retirement, often based on a combination of salary and years of service. This contract is for the delivery of IT infrastructure services and support needed for the agency's mission. This contract will serve as a strategic tool to navigate the dynamic and ever-evolving landscape of IT requirements.The Business Integration Manager shall serve as ITIOD’s principal liaison and managerial-level interface with Business Innovation Services Department (BISD), associated development teams and primary business areas. The Business Integration Manager supports business area development activities while balancing cost, cybersecurity, operational and other risks.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFurthermore, this position will perform the following duties:· Perform quality oral and written communication in a complex IT environment· Manage complex technical and sensitive interpersonal aspects of business area development support in a complex IT environment· Perform relevant quality oral and written communication in a complex IT environment· Manage complex technical and sensitive interpersonal aspects of business area development support in a complex IT environment.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Certifications· ITIL 4 Foundation OR Practitioner· PMP
Education, Background, and Years of ExperienceSTRONGLY PREFERRED:· 15 years management IT Project Management roles, Systems Development Roles, or IT Infrastructure Roles· Demonstrated success serving as liaison and support roles in board complex IT environment in similar size / scope· Demonstrated success managing sensitive interpersonal aspects of business area development support of similar size and scope· Bachelors in IT, Interpersonal or Management disciplines· DevSecOps Foundation Certification
ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills· Budget Management· Knowlege of IT Operational Environments· Vendor Management· Risk Management· Knowledge of Software Development terminology· Understanding of Evolving Technologies· MS Azure Cloud· Good understanding of Change Management, Project Management, Strategic Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and System Integrations
Preferred Skills· Management of DevSecOps environments in similar size / scope· Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodology including experience as a Scrum Master· Strong Ability to create, implement and manage large complex Government IT projects· Strong understanding of code analysis and cybersecurity initiatives· Strong understanding of data analysis, metrics and reporting· Excellent Communications skills· Strong team/personnel leadership skills· Strong understanding of and ability to demonstrate
