The Commercial Operations Business Analyst will be a part of our Health Nutrition and Care (HNC) North America commercial management team, which is responsible for P&L of regional product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and consolidate FME with forecast performance
• Conduct revenue and margin analysis for business insights, LORM meetings
• Support allocation process within the region
• Support day to day pricing strategy including customer bids
• Participate and contribute to various commercial initiatives

You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• Product, commercial management, sales, or strategic marketing experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a comparable role, preferably in the human nutrition, or closely related, industry
• Strong analytical skill is a must.  Must be able to connect data with businesses and use data to make business decisions
• Strong communication skills along with the ability to conduct effective presentations to external as well as internal personnel
• Experience in working in matrix organizations
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills; SAP experiences a plus
