TouchNet, a Global Payments Company, located in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Cloud Operations Manager to join our growing team! 

As Cloud Operations Manager, you are responsible for the cloud infrastructure for our customer-facing Datacenter.  You will provide hands-on leadership to Cloud Ops Engineers to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our 24/7/365 Cloud Operations.  In addition you will be responsible for operational policies and procedures in areas such as disaster recovery / business continuity, incident management and on-call support, and service level agreements.

What Are We Looking For in This Role? 

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant Experience or Bachelor’s Degree in: CS/CompEngg/IS

• 10+ years experience in enterprise IT

• 5+ years experience with managing Cloud IT operations teams

• 2+ years experience with GCP

• Proven leadership ability
