We thrive from each unique perspective, and our strength is in our diversity of opinions.</p> <p>As an Entitlement Project Manager, you will be a self-starter with a strong bias toward action, supporting the comprehensive entitlements process to meet Carvana's rapid growth needs. This position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, establishing deliverables, critical project objectives, and overseeing contract negotiations and vendor relations.</p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the comprehensive preparation and presentation of entitlement due diligence. This includes, but is not limited to, preliminary schedules, order and review of site-related reports (Phase I ESA, Geotechnical, wetlands, etc.), surveying and plat requirements, preliminary site engineering, landscape requirements, and entitlement applications to local jurisdictions.</li> <li>Manage and oversee consultants, including architects, land use counsel, civil engineers, environmental specialists, and other external partners.</li> <li>Process all applications for Rezoning, Development Agreements, Design Review, General Plan Amendments, and Variance along with environmental applications and permits for approval.</li> <li>Prepare for, attend, and prese
