<h3>Job Title</h3>Strategic Project Manager, IR<p></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>As a Strategic Project Manager within the International Region Strategy team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of key regional strategic initiatives. This role bridges strategic intent and operational execution, enabling measurable progress across projects that span multiple markets and business lines.</p><p></p><p><b>Your role:</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage cross-functional strategic projects implementation, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.</li><li>Develop project charters, timelines, governance models, and risk mitigation plans, and track progress against milestones.</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Markets, Zones, and Business Units to ensure buy-in and smooth execution of complex initiatives.</li><li>Establish reporting frameworks, prepare executive updates, and monitor KPIs that demonstrate progress and impact.</li><li>Identify roadblocks early and facilitate collaborative problem-solving across different levels of the organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>You're the right fit if:</b></p><ul><li>You have 6–8 years of experience in project management, strategic program execution, or transformation office roles, ideally in a multinational healthcare or technology organization.</li><li>You are certified (or experienced) in structured project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and know how to scale governance to suit project complexity.</li><li>You are detail-oriented, organized, and highly effective at coordinating across multiple stakeholders in matrixed structures.</li><li>You are comfortable engaging both strategic and operational topics, and you can translate high-level direction into execution plans.</li><li>You are motivated by impact, thrive under pressure, and enjoy driving initiatives in culturally diverse environments.</li></ul><p></p><h2>How we work together</h2><p>We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
