The Columbia Presbyterian Community is seeking a professional and compassionate Administrative Services Manager to join our team and provide essential administrative support to help maintain the smooth operation of our community. Administrative Services Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, interview, train, and develop receptionist and the Administrative Assistant and conduct evaluations
- Process all accounts payable including inputting bills into the systems and mailing of accounts payable checks
- Coordinate payables with department heads
- Coordinate and maintain vendor contracts and tax logs
- Assist the Executive Director by scheduling appointments and performing administrative tasks
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Intermediate Computer skills
- Three years in an Administration/Office Manager related position
- Valid Driver’s license in the state of South Carolina
