What you’ll do:

• Accurately create and maintain a provider network
• Ensure up-to-date credentialing of participating program providers
• Assumes the role of program manager in their absence
• Perform quarterly and annual provider audits
• Responsible for helping to create reports and project plans, utilizing Microsoft Office apps and automation.
• Prepares and provides automated project status updates/summaries to management/ leadership.
• Always maintain medical records and credentialing confidentiality through proper use of computer passwords, maintenance of secured files, and adherence to HIPAA policies.
• Attend training and scheduled meetings to maintain and use current/updated information for review.

What you’ll need:

Required Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field
• 1+ years Physician/ Provider credentialing
• 1+ year experience in care coordination
• 2+ years in a Provider Network Development role

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• Experience with managed care or Medicaid/Medicare payor experience
• 1+ year experience working in a multi-cultural community setting
• Microsoft 365 certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Comfortable working within a remote work from home environment, and electronic health system.
• Knowledge of the Oregon Department of Health Care Services and Oregon Mental Health Services
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to organize, synthesize and analyze large amounts of information.
• Knowledge of principles, ethics, and precepts of care management service delivery.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong field and telephonic interviewing skills.
• Strong computer skills, e.g. care management applications, Internet/Web, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
