We design, deliver and operate agile, secure, resilient and scalable foundational infrastructure for Capital One to thrive in and with the cloud. At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network.

As a Product Leader for Secure Service Edge, you will deliver network security solutions to protect employee access to Capital One business and productivity apps, SaaS apps and internet destinations, with a consistent and simplified user experience, irrespective of whether they’re working from campus, back-office or remote locations, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy to balance security, user experience and digital business transformation.

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

• At least 6 years of experience working in information technology

• At least 5 years of experience in Cyber security

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

• 3+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (Secure Service Edge SSE, Cloud Access Security Broker CASB, Secure Web Gateway SWG, NGFW, VPN, Zero Trust Networking ZTNA)

• One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.)

• Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprises

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
