- Salary: The hiring salary range for the Senior GIS Engineering Technician is $93,260 to $107,249 annually. The full pay range for the Senior GIS Engineering Technician is $71,738 to $114,781.

About the Job:
Join a collaborative team where Geographic Information System is a core technology supporting engineering, facilities, planning, asset management, and business operations. The Facilities Management department is seeking an experienced Senior GIS Engineering Technician to bring their technical skills and collaborative mindset to a team that values innovation. Your work will directly impact infrastructure projects, operational decision-making, and the quality of data relied upon throughout the organization.
The selected candidate will solve technical challenges, maintain and administer enterprise GIS infrastructure utilizing ESRI technologies to support projects through innovative mapping and data management. They will effectively manage and integrate a variety of geospatial data including vector, raster, CAD, BIM, survey, GPS, and engineering datasets to support organizational operations and decision-making.
What You’ll Do:
- Enterprise GIS Administration & Technology: Serve as the technical lead for enterprise GIS operations, administering ESRI technologies including ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Portal, server-side GIS applications, and enterprise geodatabases. Maintain the organization's authoritative geospatial data library, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, security, and accessibility of enterprise GIS data. Support the integration of GIS with enterprise business systems, including Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), and other applications that rely on geospatial information. Troubleshoot GIS system issues, recommend technology improvements, and implement best practices to enhance system performance and data management.
