We’re looking for a <strong>Client Automation Specialist</strong> to join our Denver Division, someone who thrives on hands-on technical work, enjoys being on the road, and takes pride in helping clients keep their operations running smoothly.</p> <p>As a key member of the Ernest team, you’ll be the trusted expert supporting our clients who purchase or lease packaging and warehouse equipment. You’ll install, service, and maintain machinery, diagnose and repair issues, and provide the kind of customer service that keeps clients coming back.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with sales reps and customers to provide expert equipment and machinery knowledge.</li> <li>Facilitate and oversee installation and start-up of newly sold equipment.</li> <li>Provide warranty service and support on equipment sold.</li> <li>Train customers on proper care, operation, and maintenance of their equipment.</li> <li>Maintain, modify, and repair client equipment as needed.</li> <li>Ensure accurate billing for all services performed.</li> <li>Maintain organized customer service records for all clients using Ernest equipment.</li> <li>Communicate important customer needs or issues to management as discovered during service calls.</li> <li>Promote and sell Preventative Maintenance Programs to clients using Ernest equipment.</li> <li>Manage the ordering and inventory of spare and replacement parts.</li> <li>Stay current with and train on new equipment lines carried by Ernest.</li> <li>Maintain and inspect demo equipment, keeping detailed reports for every use.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional customer service and communication skills, you’re as comfortable in front of a client as you are behind a toolbo
