Your role

• Lead Agile and hybrid Scrum teams with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
• Set clear expectations, foster transparency, and drive accountability across sprints.
• Manage boards, tasks, and backlogs to ensure alignment and momentum across QA and development.
• Optimize workflows using custom fields, filters, and AI-enhanced automations.
• Leverage Gen AI tools to streamline testing, documentation, and project management.
• Generate intelligent test cases and automate routine QA processes.
• Build, execute, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for both web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

• 7+ years of experience in test automation
• Deep experience using tools like GitHub Copilot for automation, testing, and workflow enhancements.
  Proven experience in automating mobile app tests across iOS and Android platforms.
• Hands-on ability to build scalable mobile automation frameworks with Appium.
• Strong coding skills for automation scripting in Python, test data generation, and framework development.
• Skilled in creating structured and modular Python-based test suites: PyTest.
• Experience in Jira workflows and productivity through AI support.
