Reporting to the Market &amp; Product Requirements Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical intricacies and market strategy. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your deep understanding of electronic, software, and RF technologies to drive market positioning, customer engagement, and product success.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Open to locations: </b>Dublin, Paris, Zele, Sophia Antipolis, Utrecht and Barcelona </p> <p> </p> <p><b>Tasks and Responsibilities:</b></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Market &amp; Product Requirements Manager to translate technical specifications into compelling market messaging and value propositions.</li> <li>Develop market requirements understanding and knowledge and capture it in an MRD</li> <li>Identify customer pain points that could help define product differentiation implementations/features</li> <li>Build &amp; maintain a Product Requirements Roadmap that will serve as an input to Product definition</li> <li>Support the development and execution of product launch plans, ensuring alignment with market requirements and customer needs.</li> <li>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to gather technical insights and incorporate them into marketing materials.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation.</li> <li>Assist in the organization and execution of technical events, such as webinars, workshops, and trade shows, to showcase our products and solutions.</li> <li>Serve as a technical resource for customers, providing product demonstrations, technical support, and training as needed.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Knowledge/Skills:</b></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic/Software/RF engineering or related field.</li> <li>8 + years of experience in technical marketing or a related role within the technology or semiconductor industry.</li> <li>5 + years in product marketing </li> <li>Strong technical background, with expertise in electronic, software, and RF technologies.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging.</li> <li>Proficiency in creating technical content, including whitepapers, datasheets, and presentations.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with a keen eye for market trends and customer needs.</li> <li>Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and RF technologies.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Education:</b></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree in Electronic/Software/RF engineering or related field.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Join our team and help us drive the success of our products in the market.
