HR Director

As the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR operations for multiple locations within a specified region. Your primary objective will be to ensure effective HR practices, policies, and strategies are implemented across the region to support the company's mission, vision, and values. You will play a crucial role in driving employee engagement, talent management and retention, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture within the organization.

• Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Oversees and manages the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
• Ensures compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
• Manages and administers HR systems, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Leads employee evaluation, engagement, and performance management programs.
• Develops and implements talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Collaborates with department leaders to identify training needs and develop training programs.
• Oversees employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manages compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, health insurance, retirement plans, etc.
• Provides guidance and support to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in human capital management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
