Job Summary 

The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting venous and capillary blood specimens from patients in a safe and accurate manner according to established lab policies and practices. Demonstrates H3W behaviors with a focus on exceptional patient experience and quality service and outcomes.  The Phlebotomist is required to comply with all OSHA and regulatory requirements including the wearing of Personal Protective Equipment [PPE].

 

Qualifications

 
  • High School graduate or equivalent.

  • Or, other experience and training that will support minimum on-the-job training to perform the above duties

  • Keyboarding/data entry experience

  • Knowledge
