Functional Knowledge
• Act as local delivery expert of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategy.
• Manage 2-3 direct reports, providing escalation guidance and career development to them.
• In a player/coach role, support complex, multi-x accounts as the primary HR partner who will direct on-account strategy and execution of HR processes and tasks.
• Act as a thought partner for reimbursement arrangements.
• Regularly serves as Project Lead for AMR Work Dynamic projects.
• Helps lead team calls and supports presentations to vertical account directors.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Boost employee engagement and culture in partnership with PXP Lead.
• Foster an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and promotes belonging.
• Implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Align workplace culture with JLL's values and leadership behaviors.
• Manage employee feedback channels and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Proactively anticipate vertical- and country-wide opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.
• Regularly supports execution of Talent Management projects within vertical.
• Enable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc.
• Lead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business results.
• Manage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations team.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory support.
• Cultivate strong meaningful relationships with both employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground.”
• This is a hybrid role: 2+ days per week at a JLL Corporate Office, or a client site.
• This role may require up to 25% Travel
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline).
• Human Resources experience of 8+ years.
• PHR or SHRM certification preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Employee Relations experience and conflict resolution.
• Experience working in a matrixed, and geographically distributed organization.
• Skilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectively.
• Transition, expansion and/or decommission experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen preferred.
• Past people manager experience preferred.
