Senior Oracle IT Analyst, Manufacturing: 

• Respond to user issues in a timely manner to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Drive meetings to gather requirements for Oracle Manufacturing application enhancements.
• Responsible for designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Manufacturing application modules.
• Conduct end-user training as required for Oracle Enhancements.
• Collaborate with other IT functional teams to develop processes for internal customers.
• Conduct support for solutions deployed.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• 7+ experience on Oracle E-business Suite – specifically in core manufacturing modules
• Strong expertise on Manufacturing /Planning modules ( Inventory, PDH/PIM, ENG, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or Equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in Oracle Manufacturing/Planning end-to-end implementations/Support and modules (Inventory, PDH/PIM, BOM, ENG, WIP, Costing, Quality, MRP/ASCP Planning, Inventory planning)
• PL/SQL experience within Oracle EBS Suite
• Knowledge of 3rd party integrations with Oracle
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills and strong communication skills
• Work with Oracle Technical support on SR resolution
• Experience documenting incidents, resolve, or escalate tickets accordingly
• Ability to collaborate with IT and Business to derive the requirements and spec out a solution
• Ability and experience to develop training material and application documentation, as required
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time with possible international travel.

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle Distribution (PO and OM) and WMS modules

Flexible Work Schedule:

This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to three days a week and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm.
