The Shipping/Receiving Clerk manages the daily processing of incoming and outgoing equipment, ensuring accurate documentation, proper handling, and compliance with logistical procedures. This role is essential to supporting military logistics by maintaining inventory records, preparing shipments, and coordinating with warehouse and operations teams to fulfill equipment delivery requirements.<br />

<strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li class="x_MsoNormal">Record and document shipping data including weights, charges, and inventory details.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Receive and unpack materials, verifying against packing slips.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Report and document any discrepancies or damages.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Manage data entry in inventory and shipping systems.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Handle IR and FCO order processing and generate required documentation for domestic and international shipping.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Estimate shipping costs and maintain tracking for open orders.</li>

<p class="x_MsoNormal"><strong>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</strong></p>

<li class="x_MsoNormal">Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or shipping/receiving roles.</li>

<li class="x_MsoNormal">Familiarity with OSHA safety practices.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Preferred Skills and Certifications:</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Experience in military environments and protocols.</li>
<li class="x_MsoNormal">Licensed forklift and order picker operator.</li>
