The position is part of Ossium Health’s Donor team and focuses on training, educating, and strengthening relationships with new and existing recovery partners across all aspects of vertebral body recovery. This includes providing hands-on instruction, evaluating recovery performance, and identifying areas for improvement during in-person training sessions and through post-recovery assessments.</p> <p>You will report directly to the Manager, Recovery Services.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree&nbsp;</li> <li>4+ years of experience in an organ procurement organization (OPO), with hands-on tissue recovery experience</li> <li>Ability to travel up to 75% of the time</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to handle confidentiality of all donor/recipient information</li> <li>Ability to cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, including the ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and organize time effectively</li> <li>This field-based position supports the Eastern region of the country; candidates must reside within the Northeast region of the US and within 30 miles of a major airport, or be willing to relocate<br> <ul> <li>Ideal locations include (but are not limited to): Philadelphia, Boston, New York City, or Washington, DC.</li> <li>Occasional travel to San Francisco and Indianapolis may be required for meetings, training, and collaboration with internal teams</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS)</li> <li>Tissue recovery training experience</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Train and assist onboarding new recovery partners, including organizing and running recovery wet labs</li> <li&g
