The Mankato Clinic is seeking a General Surgeon to join our collegial team of 3 surgeons and 5 advanced practice providers at our Main Clinic. This is an ideal role for a surgeon who enjoys broad-based general surgery and appreciates practicing in a supportive, well-resourced environment.

• Call: 1:3
• Mix of Surgical Center and Hospital-based procedures
• Bread-and-butter surgery, interest in endoscopy/colo-rectal surgery
• On-site Diagnostic Imaging, Lab, and a robust EMR

What We’re Looking For

• MD/DO
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited General Surgery residency
• Colorectal fellowship a plus
• Ability to obtain Minnesota medical license
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in General Surgery

Compensation & Benefits

• 24-month salary guarantee: $500,000–$940,000
• Transition to production model
• Medical, dental, CME, PTO, malpractice, 401(k) profit-sharing
