Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Behaven Day Center, LLC is looking to hire multiple Contract BCBA positions in Lincoln, Nebraska. The position provides ABA therapy to families and individuals, in person or via telehealth; and provides a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children and families in accordance with the philosophy and mission of Behaven Kids. The essential job duties are as follows: Demonstrates clinical, case management, and professionalism competencies; responsible for development, implementation, and evaluation of intensive behavior therapy programs for children with autism; organization, collection, and analysis for data collection systems; parent and staff training in methods of applied behavior analysis; observation and evaluation of parent and staff therapy techniques; facilitate weekly meetings with family and staff; and performs other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Position requires a Master’s degree in psychology, social services, education, or a related field. BCBA Certification, required.

Overview:

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides neurodiversity affirming behavior analytical services including assessment, development of acquisition and behavior-reduction programs and plans, supervision to RBTs, and development and provision of parent guidance. Responsibilities:

• Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and determining justified service recommendations
• Consulting with payors as-needed regarding authorization requests
• Developing assessment-informed programs and support plans
• Ongoing evaluation of intervention affects to facilitate data-informed modifications
• Conducting staff and parent training
• Efficiency in and appropriate use of proprietary data collection and record management systems
• Participation in agency-wide program evaluation efforts
• Consulting with educational and other treatment settings as needed
• Engaging with Behaven Kids and other related entities with professionalism and a person-centered approach

Qualifications:

• BCBA in good standing with the BACB
• Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in active environment and lift up to 50 lbs
