Urgent Care Group is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts, attract top-tier candidates, and support the growth of our team. In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. 

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
• Develop and post job postings through Paylocity recruiting systems and other job boards 
• Screen candidates by reviewing job applications, resumes, and conducting phone screens 
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams 
• Facilitate offer process by extending job offer and negotiating employment terms
• Collaborate with onboarding representative to ensure smooth transition for new hires 
• Build and maintain a recruiting pipeline by engaging with existing and new talent sources
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Ability to source and hire high-quality candidates
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing hiring processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google platforms
