Summary
All Native Group is seeking Project Manager, Jr. The Project Manager is responsible for working closely with technical- experts, project leads, and project managers in planning, creating, and managing projects. They assist project managers with planning, coordinating tasks, and monitor the timelines of scheduled assignments. They may also identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action.
Essential Functions•Consulting with customers, other project managers and technical experts to set upassignments, tasks, and subtasks.•Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.•Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.•Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.•Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timorous manner.•Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.•Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.•Recommending actions to keep projects within budget and completed on time.•Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.•Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.

Supervisory Responsibility
No required for this position Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines
Physical DemandsThe preponderance of the work is performed in an office-type setting, with adequate lighting, heating/cooling, ventilation, and protection from the elements.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00a.m. to 4p.m. Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.
TravelTravel is primarily local during the business day, although about 10% out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
ExperienceMust possess 2-5 years
EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent work experience directly within functional area preferred. Military electronic specialization schools, or trade school certification will also be considered.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications•Experience in planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring products through thecomplete production cycle.•Creates resource usage model and predictions•Works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize projects and their schedules
Security ClearanceMust be a U.S. citizen. Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TOP SECRET security clearance
