Tennessee State Veterans Home in Cleveland, TN is a newly-constructed member of the State Veterans Home group and is slated to start admitting patients in Summer 2023. This facility will be dedicated to providing specialized care for veterans. Located in a picturesque city surrounded by the Appalachian Mountains, the facility will offer a serene and scenic environment. Proximity to the historic Red Clay State Historic Park and the breathtaking Ocoee River adds to the appeal. Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.  

• Must have a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.  
   
   
• ASHA (CCC) Certification   
  
   
• Active state license required.
