Sr. Director of Software Solutions

As Sr. Director of Software Solutions, you will be responsible for managing Software Solution team members and coordinating team efforts with sales, operations, and other functions.   You will oversee and direct your team to use the accepted methodology to develop and document software solution documents and cost estimates to deliver the solution including licenses, services and purchased software related items.

• Work closely with your team, the sales team and other members of the Advanced Solution Development leadership team to staff Software Solutions Consultants to proposal and other assigned efforts.
• Coordinate team workflow with sales effort, managing deadlines and quality control.
• Inform and educate KPI Software Development leadership on market needs pertaining to software.  
• Be an expert on KPI Software Solutions offerings, in terms of functionality and use cases to be able to help your customers and your team.
• Review the work product of your team to ensure that deliverables meet the quality standards established.
• Establish a high-level understanding of the controls and technology platforms required by our partners needed for solutions.
• Maintain awareness of emerging MHE technologies that will require software solutions.

Requirements

·        A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science preferred.

·        Working knowledge of WMS, WES, & WCS.

·        Minimum of seven years of experience directly related to this position.

·        Strong written, presentation and oral communication skills

·        Maintains strong working relationships internally and externally.

·        Ability to work with and foster a team environment.

·        Established software solutions experience with high-value and complex projects.

·        5 years Management experience is desired.

 ·        Position available as a work from home or work from office

·        Ability to travel as needed for requirements gathering and site visits (up to 25%).
