Compensation Range:

$75,629.00 - $98,317.00

The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.

Responsibilities:

Assumes an essential role in high quality, client focused care by leading by example and modeling excellence in clinical practice across service lines. Provides clinical leadership and clinical supervision for staff in delivering client services. Provides expert insight and clinical perspective to departmental leadership regarding program development and program needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provides direct care to clients across department service, including biometric screenings, condition management, and other health services. Conducts assessments, plans and evaluates care using culturally sensitive approaches based on current best practice standards, and available evidence. Promotes efficiency in the conduct of daily practice (for example appointment scheduling).
  • Ensures accurate and complete documentation of client records, including wellness goals, coaching interactions, outcomes, referrals, vaccine safety and efficacy information, travel advisories, and other job-critical information shared via electronic communication and in education meetings.
  • Mentors nurses within the departmental program. Develops, documents, and updates orientation program using competency-based learning methods. Participates in developing ongoing continuing education plan for clinical staff. Participates in hiring, onboarding, and evaluation process for clinical staff. Oversees orientation of new clinical staff, confirms progress, and completion of orientation. Provides feedback to Departmental Leadership regarding performance of clinical team.
  • Supervises staff in delivery of clinical care. Models professional behaviors. Communicates important program information to staff in program. Leads program-based team meetings, oversees agenda for meetings, recruits speakers as needed, writes, distributes, and stores meeting minutes and attendance.
  • Demonstrates clinical mastery within and across programs. Supports changes in clinical care that promote effective, efficient care. Ensures superior client experience.
  • Generates referrals to other wellness programs or care providers based on client needs. Uses technology and communication tools effectively to meet client needs.
  • Participates in Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement process. Reviews reports relevant to QA/QI, identifies clinical issues based on incidents or trended data, participates in QA/QI reviews specific to program, and makes recommendations to improve quality of care. Reviews productivity targets and success metrics and recommends changes to adjust or meet targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing and 3 years of relevant RN experience required
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of experience delivering client centered care preferred
  • Previous leadership experience preferred


LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in New York State upon hire required
