Job Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance tasks on facility and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs as directed.
• Heating and Cooling Service: Service heating and cooling units/systems according to manufacturer specifications and established policies.
• Special Projects: Assist with rehabbing resident rooms and common areas.
• Unscheduled Maintenance: Address unscheduled maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
• Floor Care: Maintain cleanliness and safety of floors through sweeping, mopping, refinishing, disinfecting, and waxing.
• Installation: Assist in installing floating floors and other designated tasks.

Requirements

•  High School Graduate or GED required

•  Experience in a janitorial or related field required

•  Interact professionally with residents, family members, visitors and staff
