Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect with over 10 years of hands-on experience in architecting and implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, specifically within Adobe Managed Services (AMS) and AEM as a Cloud Service. This role is part of a new strategic initiative and requires a technical leader with deep knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud components.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of modern architectural frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF, and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals and oversee the successful delivery of AEM-based platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of comprehensive enterprise architecture models to support digital transformation initiatives.
• Apply architecture methodologies including TOGAF, SOA, and API-led integration in solution design.
• Guide end-to-end cloud architecture strategies across Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Work collaboratively with senior business leaders to interpret business vision and convert it into technical architecture and implementation roadmaps.
• Communicate architecture goals and deliverables effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Align teams across disciplines including developers, data scientists, application architects, and digital strategists to execute the architecture blueprint.
• Ensure integration with platforms such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Master Data Management (MDM) systems.
• Lead or participate in solution reviews, provide mentorship, and enforce best practices across development and delivery teams.
• Drive AEM Sites migration efforts from version 6.5.x to AEM as a Cloud Service, including optimization of assets in AEM DAM (Cloud version).
• Maintain a strong understanding of AEM build processes, bundles, and deployment packages.
• Work with front-end technologies such as Webpack, TypeScript, jQuery, AJAX, and modern JavaScript (Promises, async/await).
• Collaborate in an Agile (Scrum) environment using tools like JIRA; participate in stakeholder discussions and agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment; provide code review feedback and clearly articulate architectural decisions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years experience in solution architecture with deep expertise in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
• Hands-on implementation experience with AEM 6.5.x and Cloud Service versions, including asset management and migration projects.
• Proven success with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, API design, SOA).
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions in Azure and/or AWS.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud products (preferred) and other digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and lead architectural vision across technical and strategic stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success in communicating architecture strategies to executives and technical audiences alike.
