Product Manager

This is a remote position.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for our e-grocery and quick commerce platform.
  
• Collaborate with developers and designers to launch new features and optimize user experience.
  
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
  
• Analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product decisions.
  
• Prioritize features using frameworks like RICE, MoSCoW, or Kano.
  
• Ensure smooth and fast online ordering, checkout, delivery, and inventory experiences.
  
• Work with operations to streamline last-mile delivery and fulfillment processes.
  
• Collaborate with marketing on product promotions, A/B testing, and growth campaigns.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, basket size, repeat purchases, and delivery times.
  
• Promote a growth mindset within the product team by encouraging experimentation and learning.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a top university in Egypt, Europe, US, or Asia.
  
• Product Management certifications or MBA is a plus.
  
• 6+ years of experience and at least 2 years as a developer.
  
• Must have been an engineer for 2 years approximately
  
• Experience in e-grocery or Quick Commerce.
  
• Background in software development or technical roles.
  
• Solid understanding of Agile, APIs, and digital product development.
  
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and user feedback tools.
  
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
