They are responsible for day-to-daymanagement of their team including coaching, performance management, reporting andteam quota attainment.Primary Responsibilities and DutiesLead and manage a high-performance team of SDR individuals and to drive business.Enable your team to help grow a team of top performing SDRsAct as conduit for Senior Leadership and execute strategy and direction through yourteams.Work closely with the SDR Managers to build training programs and productive go tomarket initiatives.Provide and manage demand generation forecast for the team.Work with marketing, sales, and channel to implement blitzes, contest and go to marketinitiatives for the team.Key SkillsProven track record of delivering measurable resultsKnowledge of on-boarding and enablement activities for SDRsDeep knowledge of software/services ecosystems and competitive environmentsFamiliarity with CRM and forecasting systemsStrong Coaching and leadership skillsStrong Presentation skillsStrong Communication and Interpersonal skillsKey CompetenciesDrive for ResultsHiring and StaffingConflict ManagementMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree1+ years Previous SDR management and Sales Management experienceStrong track record of success in leading a SDR teamsStrong track record in driving results through SDR or sales teamsPreferred Qualifications2+ years of successful individual contributions in sales development, sales, channelsales and or channel development rolesSales Methodology, Prospecting Methodology Certification
