About This Job:
As a Lead TA Oncology MA-Adriatics & Portugal, you will be responsible for implementing the medical strategy (Core Medical Plan) within the designated therapeutic area at the affiliate level by coordinating and executing medical / scientific activities to understand the local external environment and data gaps, translate insights into strategies and activities, and ensure the information needs of key stakeholders are fulfilled to help ensure the safe and appropriate use of Astellas products.

Key Activities for this role:
- Offer strategic medical and scientific expertise for all affiliate Medical Affairs deliverables and cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead through influence by building and maintaining integrated partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring MA activities address local needs and advance the medical/scientific understanding of Astellas products throughout their lifecycle.
- Engage external stakeholders to promote understanding of the science behind development compounds, the safe and effective use of Astellas products, and relevant disease states.
- Collaborate closely with affiliate brand teams and other internal stakeholders
