We are looking for 2 Senior Software Engineers - AI-Driven Development (all genders) Deine Arbeit im AI-Driven Development hilft, Träume wahr werden zu lassen.

Tasks

* You develop full-stack features for our digital products using Flutter and .NET Core, supported by modern AI development tools.

* You integrate LLM-based capabilities into existing and new applications across the Lufthansa Group.

* You are responsible for the quality of AI-generated and peer-reviewed code, ensuring compliance with our architectural standards.

* You collaborate with the team to establish and continuously improve best practices for AI-assisted software development.

* You support and coach colleagues in effectively using AI tools in their day-to day development work.

* You analyze technical requirements and independently translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Requirements

* You hold a completed degree in an IT-related field.

* You have experience in full-stack development using Flutter and .NET Core.

* You are experienced in using AI-powered coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) and actively integrate them into your development workflow.

* You have solid knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

* You have hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern DevOps practices.

* You communicate confidently in English; German is considered an advantage.

* You have unrestricted access to the Austrian labor market.
