JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

University Health Services (UHS) is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. Responsible to the Nurse Leader for providing quality nursing care in Clinical Services, primary duties include:

  • Assist physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants with exams, treatments, and procedures

  • Assist in patient intake and clinic flow as well as mentor Clinic Interns

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program. Certified Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in good standing is required. Must have strong organizational skills.

This job requires the following 3 publicly available clearances:

  • PA State Police Criminal Background Check

  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form

  • FBI Criminal Background Check.
