Job Summary

• Oversee all venue retail operations, including event-day and non-event-day activities
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays
• Train and supervise full-time and part-time retail staff
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
• Coordinate with marketing and partnerships to align retail with brand initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and loss prevention programs
• Lead and manage all retail staff, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, meeting the needs of each unique business and ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Oversee buying strategies and revenue management to optimize profitability and inventory levels.
• Ensure effective merchandising practices to enhance the fan experience and maximize sales opportunities.
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions and drive business growth.
• Report on performance metrics and provide insights to clients and senior management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in retail leadership, preferably in sports or entertainment
• Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management software
• Experience managing merchandising, buying, and inventory controls
• Familiarity with financial planning and P&L responsibility
