About the role
<p>Betsson Group are looking for an experienced <strong>PSP Manager </strong>to join our rapidly expanding team based in Malta. The PSP Manager will maintain and build out our payment processing capabilities in all the markets where we operate or expand.</p> <p>You will work with internal and external stakeholders, including our many payment partners, to ensure we have the most streamlined and cost-effective payment solutions across all our brands and territories.</p> <h2>A taster of what you'll be doing:</h2> <ul> <li>Maintaining relationships within a portfolio of 40+ suppliers</li> <li>Explore and manage new opportunities to complement the existing portfolio, following business needs &amp; strategy</li> <li>Drive &amp; oversee commercial negotiations, legal reviews and due diligence; coordinate stakeholder requirements, while ensuring administration excellence.</li> <li>Frequently review, analyse and follow up on the performance of each provider to identify areas of improvement for further prioritisation</li> <li>Follow up on new features and functionalities to assess their potential impact on the business and coordinate further actions internally</li> <li>Interact with the Payment Product Team to understand, maintain and troubleshoot the various product functionalities that impact the provider performance or relationship</li> <li>Define &amp; maintain a strategy to stay informed about any regulatory requirements related to payments and related industry areas, with a reactive and proactive approach</li> <li>Flag and mitigate risks to our business by performing ongoing analysis of our payment relationships from an operational, financial and compliance perspectives.</li> <li>Participate in internal projects as key stakeholder for payments to coordinate any dependencies on the payment provider portfolio</li> <li>Coordinate with internal key stakeholders to align on overlapping &amp; impacting areas related to our provider portfolio; and address any shortcomings or improvements</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Operational and/or business development experience in a business with significant payment operations, preferably within the iGaming sector.</li> <li>Demonstrable experience in key payment operational areas – risk, finance and compliance.</li> <li>Strong presentation and communication skills (in English) are vital.</li> <li>Additional languages a plus.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>We see it as positive if you also have</strong></h2> <ul> <li>A highly analytical approach; ability to identify/prioritise initiatives with the highest impact.</li> <li>A positive, can-do attitude.</li> <li>S
