Job Description:
As an employee of the Baylor Athletic Ticket Sales Center, you will be the frontline of the athletic department.
Preferred candidates are seeking a professional career within sports or general sales. Employees will work with other student workers and full-time staff to assist in selling full menu of ticket options via phone calls, face-toface appointments, in-stadium meetings, and special events. If hired, you will be expected to provide exceptional
customer service through all communication with customers while maintaining a positive image when reflecting
Baylor Athletics.
Job Functions:
- Sell Football, Men’s, and Women’s basketball season tickets, partial plans, group tickets, and other ticket products via phone, email, and in-person appointments
- Work selected home athletic events and special events
- Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with customers through referrals, networking, and prospecting for new business
- Assist in answering incoming calls with the ability to problem-solve customer concerns
- Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service
- Completing assigned campaigns and tasks on time
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all current clients and prospects within the CRM system
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisors
- Compliance with all Baylor and NCAA policies
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and helping with events as needed
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Provide information and answer inquiries as needed
- Assist with various activities and tasks related to events and hospitality services
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
