Primary responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Representative:

 

- Community and Physician Enlightenment and Outreach

• Promote the organization to healthcare professionals through: in-office visits, in-services, provider lunches, Q&A sessions, business networking,and educational seminars.
• Successfully plan, calendar, attend and promote our company at community events
• Promote the organization to the general public through: all forms of media advertisements, speaking engagements, PR charity events, television and radio.

 

- Patient & Team Member Experience

• Examining patient satisfaction scores and success stories to ensure delivery of a 10/10 patient experience.
• Ensures all clinics in respective region are maintaining the clinic appearance standard of Wright PT and represent the brand as well as ensuring all clinics have current marketing materials and inventory.

Required:

• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of public relations strategies
• Proven track record of measurable success in field
• Willingness to stay on top of the latest marketing trends and developments
• Must possess valid driver's license and willing to travel within region to support clinics in Blackfoot, Chubbuck, Shelley, Idaho Falls, and Rigby.

Preferred:

• Previous experience as an outside Sales and Marketing Rep
• Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
