HR Business Partner CDD

<p>We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner , reporting directly to a Lead HR Business Partner to join the team based in Technip Energies France, Paris Office.</p> <p><strong>About The Role:</strong></p> <p>Your main missions and responsibilities will be to deploy the People &amp; Culture strategy over a scope of approximately 300 employees, in full compliance with Company's values and global vision.</p> <p>You will act as business partner and coach with the managers in your scope to support them in recruiting, developing and engaging employees, ensuring a psychological safe environment to deploy T.EN's business strategy in the best way possible. </p> <p>Your main accountabilities will be :</p> <ul> <li>Develop a solid and trustful relationship with the managers and the employees in your scope</li> <li>Use your coaching skills to support managers in deploying the main People &amp; Culture processes such as Performance cycle and Talent Management, with a clear focus on employees weel being at work</li> <li>Animate the T.EN People &amp; Culture calendar of yearly campaigns (Performance Appraisal, Talent review, salary review and so on)</li> <li>Act as a trustful change agent in order to facilitate the evolution of our HR practices and the Company's transformation</li> <li>Look after and support our employees during their full life cycle within the Company from the onboarding to their departure</li> <li>Contribute to global People &amp; Culture projects</li> <li>Ensure the quality and integrity of HR data in our HR systems</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> About You:</strong></p> <p>Catch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meets these requirements.</p> <p>You have a master degree in HR with at least 5 years of experience in this domain.</p> <p>You have a solid knowledge of French labour legislation and you mastery HR tools and methods</p> <p>You have effective communication skills and you use a coaching approach to influence your counterparts</p> <p>You are well organized</p> <p>You have knwoledge and experience in Psychosocial Risks prevention</p> <p>You speak French and English in a fluent way</p> <p> </p> <p><a rel="nofollow" target="_blank"><strong>What’s Next?</strong></a></p> <p>Starting Date: September 2024</p> <p>Internal applications are treated with priority by our Recruiting Team against external applications.  We also consider providing timely and direct feedback to internal applicants a must have.
