Job Description

P&G is seeking a highly motivated Digitization Leader to drive project Spartan at our Greensboro plant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the digital requirements align with the plant's work processes and business needs, optimizing processes and reducing inefficiencies through D&A and digital solutions / architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of digital solutions into the plant's work processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a robust digital architecture that enables seamless data flow.
• Partner with the internal Global Business Services (GBS) team to develop scalable solutions within a cost-benefit framework.
• Utilize data and analytics to identify and address operational losses, driving continuous improvement.
• Define and implement an end-to-end digital supply chain for North America Personal Care, working with Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT functions to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in optimizing work processes.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques for driving operational improvements.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and unlock value creation opportunities through digitization.
• Willingness to relocate at the Greensboro plant, with relocation support available.
