About Rippling
Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.4B+ from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.
About the role
Rippling’s financial platform is the engine behind products that move billions of dollars and pay millions of workers each week. As part of that, our payments risk capabilities play a crucial role in creating a seamless onboarding experience, preventing fraud and bad actors, and ensuring safe, effective money movement. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of financial integrity in Rippling payments. You'll collaborate with engineers, analysts, and operators to strategically design onboarding flows, craft ML-driven and automated transaction monitoring and underwriting solutions, and build internal tools. Additionally, you'll partner with legal, go-to-market, and finance teams to drive and refine a comprehensive system that vets customers, enhances fraud-detection, and generally reduces our payments risk while delivering a first-class product experience.
What role do Product Managers play at Rippling? The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows them to succeed. We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.

- Work closely with multiple product teams across Rippling, diving into the details to ensure every application leverages the risk and compliance platform effectively
- Work cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, finance, and more
What you will need
- 8+ years of product management and/or founding experience
