About the Team:
 

The Brand Media Specialist is a critical role for the NAM marketing team. This individual is responsible for coordinating and planning all storytelling campaigns across the paid media team. This will include inputting to the briefing process from start to finish which includes planning timelines, kick off with agency, feedback coordination, finalization of plans, and post campaign analysis. Additionally, this individual will serve as the primary POC to all internal stakeholders when it comes to brand media plans and activations across the marketing team. The analyst will drive the strategy and oversee Linear TV, Print, OOH, OLV, Direct Display and Programmatic Display.

 

Your Role as a Brand Media Specialist:

 

  • Lead annual strategy, budgeting and planning for TV/Video, direct partners, OOH, Print, and programmatic to drive brand awareness and consideration.
  • Be the main POC for paid media for internal stakeholders, external agency and Global media counterparts (GTM, Analytics, Media)
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as GTM, PR, merchandising, and e-comm to ensure that brand channel strategies align with overall brand objectives and messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day communications with agency & lead weekly calls with agency counterparts.
  • Align with GTM on hero assets for programmatic and work with Ad.lib for asset delivery.
  • Collaborate with media coordinator on creative planning process for programmatic display & video.
  • Review and approve all custom content assets for Direct partners.
  • Implement test and learn strategy for all brand channels.
  • Partner with agency teams to optimize campaigns to meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Stay current on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve campaign performance and drive innovation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners, publishers, and Google to capitalize on new opportunities and stay informed on platform updates.

Craft your career with us if you have:
 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in managing TV/Video, direct partners, and programmatic in an agency or in-house.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with DV360/Campaign Manager 360
  • Analytics experience (Adobe preferred)

NYC Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience
