Job Description:This position exists as part of the project initiative to modernize technology and create pathways and opportunities to implement Mobile End to End Testing across the organization. The incumbent will lead the hands-on functional and technical project activities for the E2E testing initiative. The incumbent will serve as the subject matter expert for the development and review the project deliverables, design, and policy decisions specific to the testing cycle.PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND RESULTS1. Implementation Team Leadership – CoordinationServe as the subject matter expert for and link between Quality Assurance (QA) and testing team and the client. Lead the coordination of QA testing for and oversee the timely completion of deliverables required by the project plan. Partner with other functional area coordinators to support the requirement gathering, developing of tests and implementation of test strategy. Tasks include but are not limited to daily monitoring and resolution of risks, actions, issues, and decisions; coordinating between offshore and onshore teams; managing the leadership and stakeholder expectations; and escalating design and policy decisions, as necessary.2. Project ActivitiesCoordinates the development, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual test scripts for multiple projects and functional and nonfunctional requirements validation, , regression and E2E testing and identifies any concerns. Partner with project technology teams in the development of test scenarios and scripts.Plan, coordinate, and execute E2E testing, as well as provide leadership of testing resources works closely with QA head. Participate in the creation of Test plans and Strategies and data dependencies. Inspiring and motivating QA team.Works closely with Offshore/Onshore teams and clientGathers and prepares the weekly reports and present to clientCreates plans and strategy for E2E testingSupport, assist, and supervise the work of the QA team.Preparing and creating test scenarios for the QA team, necessary to implement the weekly plan.Assistance in creating a test plan strategy together with Sr. QA Manager.Perform manual testing tasks where necessary.Using Confluence, Jira, qTest, and development tools.Ensure business objectives are met on time and with quality.Prepare and leading playback sessions (demonstrations of business processes and related functionality)Identifying and mitigating gaps in module functionalityWrite test scenarios and complete unit and end-to-end testingKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESDemonstrated commitment to equity and inclusiveness; able to bring diverse perspectives and experiences together.Extensive knowledge of software test life cycle, business process redesign, and process improvement methods, tools, and techniques.Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders from the business and technical communities.Demonstrated competency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Experience with number of tools and methodology in a fast paced environmentExperience with mobile/device based testing for enterprise applicationsExperience with Payment/POS applications is highly desiredPreferred Qualifications 10 years of experience with enterprise and third-party systems.Extensive knowledge of State of MN compensation principles, practices, and procedures.Experience developing test plans and scripts.Demonstrated ability to lead a project team to complete assigned tasks, monitor and evaluate progress.Demonstrated collaborative decision-making ability.Ability to effectively interact, negotiate and influence staff at various levels of the organization.Proven organizational skills sufficient to ensure on-time project deliverablesUnderstanding and exposure to different automation tools and frameworks [Selenium/BDD/Cucumber/Karate etc…] Great teams do amazing things, but truly diverse teams are the ones who can achieve extraordinary results, together.
