We are looking for you to join our growing team in Karlsruhe as a full-time (40 hours per week) 
Contract Manager – CAPEX Projects (m/f/d).

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

• You are the first point of contact in the project team for supply chain and contract related topics.
• You establish and optimize project procurement strategies and coordinate between the project and procurement organizations. 
• You are the intermediary between suppliers/companies and the project teams. 
• You manage contracts, ensure contract performance, handle change order management, disputes, and claims. 
• You will identify contract-related project risks and define and monitor mitigation measures with the project teams. 
• You will foster supplier relationships, promote continuous improvement, collect supplier feedback, and drive innovation and value creation with selected suppliers.

Das solltest Du mitbringen

• You have a master's or bachelor's degree in economics, law, supply chain, engineering, or a comparable field. 
• You have 6+ years of experience in large CAPEX projects in the E&P, chemical, or energy industry. 
• You are willing to travel for negotiations and on-site supplier meetings.
• You are fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus.
• You work proactively, are solution-oriented, and are a true team player, even under pressure.
