Summary

This position is responsible for processing all incoming and outgoing mail/packages for prisoners and staff.  This includes completing the necessary paperwork associated with it and following up with staff until the paperwork is complete.  Duties also include reviewing all electronic emails to and from prisoners, posting prisoner receipts and assisting in business office tasks.  All incoming mail and packages are searched for any form of contraband found in accordance with established policies and procedures.  Respond to prisoner grievances and kites.
