Overall Purpose Of The Job

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product and Solutions Manager to join our innovative team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of consulting products and solutions that meet the needs of our customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer requirements, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development:

• Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and specifications.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.

• Drive the development of product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business goals, and market trends.

 

Solutions Architecture:

• Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements.

• Design comprehensive solutions that address customer needs and provide value.

• Collaborate with the technical team to create scalable and flexible solutions.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment on product and solution strategies.

• Provide support to sales teams through product training, creating sales collateral, and participating in customer meetings.

 

Project Management:

• Develop and maintain project plans to ensure timely delivery of products and solutions.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure that timelines are met.

• Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Profile

Required Skills and Knowledge 
•    Solid understanding of business practices with strong negotiation and influencing skills (impact and influence);
•    Strong strategic and innovative thinking;
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
•    High profile networking ability and confidence when dealing with senior decision-makers;
•    Excellent time management and project management skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous projects/tasks simultaneously and drive change;
•    Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex solutions as simple client-focused sales messages;
•    Cultural sensitivity and awareness. Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment where consensus is the norm.

 

Required Work Experience 
•    10 yeas working experience, with a proven track record in successfully developing new products and solutions from concept to product launch
•    Experienced in leading focus groups, Client Advisory Boards and Pilot projects
•    Experience in pricing, including developing pricing strategies as well as tactical client-level support;
•    Experience in working in regional/functional matrix organisation;
•    Work exposure in an international environment and successful track record in working across cultures;
•    Understanding of B2B dynamics and requirements;
•    Previous experience in the following industries preferred: healthcare, energy, mining, and security.

 

Required Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience in product management and solutions architecture, with a successful track record of bringing products to market.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

 

Travel / Rotation Requirements 
•    30% global travel requirement.
