Bright Harbor Healthcare is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Professional to help maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our office buildings

Position Title: Temporary Full Time Facilities & Maintenance Professional
Position Type: Full Time (Temporary)
Benefits Eligible: Yes
Location: Bayville, NJ
Department: Administration
Salary: $20.00 - $25.00Hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and general upkeep of facilities
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and report any issues requiring attention
• Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed diligently
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the functionality and aesthetic of the facilities
• Assist with set-up and breakdown for events as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in facilities maintenance
• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and procedures
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Willingness to work as a part of a team
