What You Will Do:
Responsible for working in a lab environment and logging in samples
Working and responding with both our internal and external customers daily
Answers questions and provides information as needed to customers
Clearly and accurately documents issues.
Printing labels for all samples
Moving boxes of samples as needed to the appropriate areas
General office skills/duties as needed
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED or equivalent education and/or experience.
MS Word and Excel skills (average usage)
Proven ability to fax, scan and manipulate pdf documents.
Accurate typing skills
Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume and geographically diverse organization

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience with general office duties
Good organization skills
Good customer service skills
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand for long period of time
Will be required to lift boxes up to 45 – 50 pounds
Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to client/customer drug testing
